Rule of Law & Human Rights

Rule of Law, Human Rights & Administrative Justice

Our work focuses on rule-of-law safeguards, administrative justice, and human rights protection across national and international legal frameworks. This includes analysis of administrative procedures, migration and visa processes, accountability mechanisms, and the protection of fundamental rights under international law, United Nations human rights frameworks, UN SDG governance standards, European Union legal principles, Council of Europe norms, and ECHR-based procedural safeguards. In addition, we contribute to sustainability-related policy analysis and reporting aligned with UN SDG frameworks, including responsible production and governance discussions linked to SDG 12.

Our rule-of-law work also engages with broader international and European legal frameworks, including United Nations standards, European Union governance principles, FRA-related fundamental-rights frameworks, Council of Europe standards, and ECHR-based procedural safeguards.
